Imperial Building

An elegant apartment twenty floors above the city, in the iconic Imperial Plaza, for empty nesters who raised their children steps away in Forest Hill.

We approached it much like the brief for a hotel lobby: carpets define spaces, lighting creates moments, furniture offers comfort and art invites conversation, including a triptych commissioned from Toronto artist Laura Wood. Within generous open rooms, areas of function are drawn with intimacy, lighting is worn like jewellery, and the ensuite carries the ease of an urban hotel.
